At www.techlicence.com  we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a 15 day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items:

• Most items purchased from our website are eligible for return, with the exception of:

  • Used Software Licence

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Items purchased with a promotional code may have different return conditions, please refer to the specific offer details.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please visit our return page within 15 days of receiving your order.

• You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

• Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all documentation and include the RAN.

• Ship the item back to us using the provided return label or your preferred shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item following the outlined process.

Additional Notes:

• We cannot guarantee the availability of replacement items for exchanges.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

• We reserve the right to deny returns for items that show signs of wear and tear, misuse, or tampering.
